Green Onions

Green Onions are the young shoots of bulb onions; think of them as “juvenile onions.” While they’re often eaten raw in salads, salsas and dips, Green Onions are also great for grilling, sautéing or stir frying. Offering many of the same health benefits of their mature onion counterparts, Green Onions have been shown to help in lowering blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.
